Full Mouth Reconstruction

Suffering from multiple oral health issues at once can make simple tasks like eating and speaking difficult.  Full mouth reconstruction is a custom treatment plan that simultaneously addresses issues like decay, damage, and missing teeth.  Dr. Robert Zboril in Victoria, TX, can fully rehabilitate your smile with personalized treatment to fit your needs.

Full Mouth Reconstruction Treatments

During your initial consultation at our Victoria dentistry practice, your dentist will work with you to determine which treatments will best address your issues. Treatments often performed in full mouth reconstructions include:

Dental Implants

Dental implants are artificial tooth roots that provide stability to restorations like dentures, crowns, and bridges to completely replace missing teeth. These titanium posts also provide the jaw with the stimulation it needs to remain healthy.

Bone Grafting

Bone Grafting

Patients with missing teeth will eventually experience jawbone deterioration. For patients with jaw atrophy, bone grafting allows your dentist to graft donor tissue into an area that needs additional support.

Dental Crowns

A dental crown fits over a damaged tooth, often following treatments such as root canal therapy. This provides support to the tooth while restoring a natural appearance. A dental crown can also be paired with a dental implant to completely replace a missing tooth.

Dentures

For patients missing most or all of their natural teeth, dentures can restore form and function. For optimal health and stability, dentures can also be supported by dental implants.

Dental Bridges

Dental Bridges

Patients missing one or more consecutive teeth can benefit from a dental bridge. This restoration fills the gap with replacement teeth to restore your oral function. Like crowns and dentures, bridges can be supported by implants.

Other treatment options include tooth extraction, gum disease treatment, dental fillings, and root canal therapy. Our dental practice in Victoria, TX, offers a wide range of restorative options to transform your smile. If you have questions about restorative treatments performed during a full mouth reconstruction, call us or send us a message.

Is Full Mouth Reconstruction Right for Me?

A full mouth reconstruction is best for patients whose needs concern oral health and function. If your goals are cosmetic, we offer cosmetic dentistry treatments such as veneers, gum contouring, teeth whitening, and more that can be performed alone, as part of a full mouth reconstruction, or as a purely cosmetic smile makeover. Our comprehensive dentistry options mean you can get virtually all the care you need in one location.

Overall a fantastic experience from start to finish! The environment is super clean, comfortable, and every staff member is very nice! I was anxious about going to a new dentist, but after the professionalism of Dr. Zboril and his staff, I confidently have chosen a new dentist, and won’t keep driving “back home,” to see the dentist I’ve had the last 7 years.

Being 68 I have been to a lot dentist. Have lived in multiple cities in this country. I have to say I have never been to a dentist like Dr. Zboril. He and his entire staff are amazingly coordinated and pleasant to be around. Dr. Zboril does not push anything on his patients. He is informative when speaking of options. His statement to me was that he works by my timing and my budget. I would advise anyone to go to him.
